We are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic and supportive team. You will work in a supportive multidisciplinary team where you can bounce ideas off your colleagues and work through challenges and wins together.

Assess participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical level of function and capacity to perform ADL's and IADL's.Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals.Participate in professional development and receive formal 1:1 supervision.Engage in group supervision & disability specific workshops.Collaborate with our wider multidisciplinary team of Speechies, Physios, EPs, Psychologists and BSPs.Your Benefits As you support many, we support you! We love getting together at our modern, light-filled Norwood office (that also has a dedicated clinic space) as well as local cafes to support participants, support each other and socialise. We get together regularly for fun activities such as quiz nights, beach walks, bowling, and sip n paint sessions.
Our engaging and dedicated Regional Manager, Kate Koleff, steers the ship and keeps everyone happy with a well-stocked fruit bowl, good coffee, and yummy biscuits. We have a pet friendly office, so you will have the opportunity to meet our 'health and well-being officers', such as Muffin the rabbit and our assortment of pet pooches that pay us a visit.
