This role is based in Hamlyn Terrace and will require travel around the Hunter and Central Coast region.Key Responsibilities Will IncludeHome modification reportsAids/equipment assessment and recommendationsOccupational therapy interventions and educationHealth promotion activities and adviceQualificationsBachelor/Master or relevant degree in Occupational TherapyCurrent AHPRA RegistrationCurrent First Aid and CPR certificatesCurrent Australian Drivers License and access to your own vehicleSkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent problem-solving skills
