Previous experience in Rehabilitation is highly desirable although new graduates may be considered.  Your main duties will include: Conduct assessments and formulate, implement and review interventional plans for patients with functional difficulties whether due to motor, sensory or cognitive impairments. Establish patient-centred goals, treatment plans and discharge plans in conjunction with the patient, team and significant others.  Communicate effectively with the patient, team, and significant others and act as an advocate for patients and carers on relevant issues.
