A new and exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join the team at Bolton Clarke, based out of our Pinjarra Hills site, servicing Brisbane's north and south side.

This is a full-time opportunity, with the ability to work from home on occasion.
This home and community care role will provide clinical support services to our valued clients in their own homes, enabling them to stay at home and remain independent for as long as possible.
All the tools of the trade will be provided, including a company smart phone and laptop.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication, documentation and customer service skills, and possess experience working as an Occupational Therapist within a community setting is highly desirable.
Duties: Conduct home based assessments including all areas of activities (daily living, mobility and home safety).A focus on falls prevention and contribute to the continuous improvement to the overall program.Develop care plans in consultation with the resident and their family to ensure we are providing the highest quality of care for each and every client.Work to foster productive working relationships with relevant government departments, hospitals, key providers and other specialist providers including network with occupational therapy services and other practitioners within the region.Previous relevant experience within an Aged or Community care environment.Strong understanding of all relevant legislative, regulatory requirements, professional standards and guidelines relevant to the Aged Care sector.Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent.Current Occupational Therapist Registration with AHPRA.Benefits: Work with a dedicated and supportive clinical care team.Private Health Insurance discounts.$15,900 Salary packaging + $2,650 meal and entertainment allowance.Fleet vehicle available for work use.Employee referral program – earn $500 for referring your friends and family.Discount on selected car dealerships.Travel and Flight benefits.Laptop and phone provided.Gym and Wellbeing benefits.All candidates must have a current Queensland Drivers Licence, certified rights to work in Australia and National AHPRA registration.
