About the position
Our client is in search of an Occupational Therapist, keen to make a significant impact in the lives of the elderly. This role offers the unique opportunity to support clients through Home Care Packages and the Commonwealth Home Support Program. You'll have the chance to be at the forefront of virtual healthcare, contribute to engaging day programs, and extend your support to regional offices. The work involves:
Performing comprehensive assessments and therapy plans. Providing home modifications and recommending assistive technologies to enhance independence. Implementing evidence-based therapy, including falls and mobility assessments. Engaging in interdisciplinary teamwork to deliver client-centered care. On offer

Key Requirements
