Our trusted Aspect Therapy team aims to support and empower individuals on the spectrum and their families/support network to bring about meaningful change based on functional goals. We work in partnership with the individual and their families/support network to identify strengths, areas of need, and develop support strategies that build capabilities and work with participants' interests. We meet participants in their community setting to work on transferable skills that shape their everyday lives.
Our graduate program includes: A structured induction and training program A combination of self-paced and guided modules covering introduction to the organisation to working with clients Joint and shadow visits as you learn the ropes An informative webinar series covering the latest evidence-based research Child protection and safeguarding training An Introduction to Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Strong individualised support and supervision structure with both a clinical and operational focus tailored to your learning needs What you bring: Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy/ Speech Pathology Eligible for membership with the AHPRA (OT only) Current driver's licence, use of own vehicle for business purposes (reimbursed per km) and willingness to travel across your local community NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance Working with Children Check for paid employment for the state you reside in NDIS Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety and You' certificate You may be required to provide an international police clearance Salary and Benefits: $78k to $84,000 p.a.
