Job Description We are expanding our Goulburn clinic team and would love to welcome a Graduate Occupational Therapist looking to make a meaningful and rewarding impact in 2025.
On a daily basis you will be:
Managing an allocated caseload and completing therapeutic services in a timely manner Assessing clients' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical level of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments Interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each client Providing therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based Providing support and advice on adaptations to the environment including home, school, work and residential facilities Recommending provision of Assistive Technology to assist client with their functional limitations and to promote independence Benefits for you PD opportunities (in-house) - 3 x weekly education sessions + online learning hub + guest speakers + in-house leadership development programs + access up to $10,000/year per employee for attending PD events through the NSW Rural Doctors Network Supervision – paired with a dedicated supervisor for 1 hour 1:1 weekly supervision Career progression – opportunities to 'step up' into supervisory and leadership roles Salary - above award rates for all employees Flexibility – full-time and part-time positions, varied work hours to suit different lifestyles, and flexible work environments Lifestyle and our beautiful surroundings – rural settings within easy access to the Sydney CBD, beaches, wineries, galleries, waterfalls, bush walking trails, country markets, camping… what more could you want! About you Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills Valid drivers licence and access to a reliable motor vehicle Genuine passion for working in the disability sector Qualifications Degree qualified Occupational Therapist Current full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) OR eligible for the same upon completion of a university degree in occupational therapy Additional Information Being a part of our team includes living by our values:
