super): $2,783.20Hours per fortnight: 80 Hours (includes ADO every 4 weeks)Employment Status: Fixed Term Full Time - January 2026Closing date: 12/01/2025The Graduate Program provides an opportunity for newly registered Occupational Therapists to make the transition to professional practice in a structured and supported 12-month program.
Each graduate is offered two, six-month clinical rotations in two areas of the Mental Health and Wellbeing Service.
The program encourages consolidation of mental health skills and knowledge within a holistic multidisciplinary framework that also includes lived experience workers.Graduates are expected to attend a study day once a month facilitated by the Mental Health Professional Development Unit and to complete and submit all the required assessment tasks and hurdle requirements to receive a certificate of completion.You will:Recognise the needs of the individual and plan, implement, document and evaluate occupational therapy assessments and treatments for an identified patient groupWork within a multidisciplinary team and assist in meeting unit/program and organisational objectives to provide high-quality, specialist clinical services that focus on consumer recoveryActively engage in formal training, regular supervision, reflective practice opportunities, on-the-job learning and development activities within the targeted graduate development programIf you are a dedicated, caring and passionate individual that has recently graduated as an Occupational Therapist and you're looking to grow your career in Mental Health, then we're looking for you!Occupational Therapist Graduate (OT1, Yr3) fixed term positions.
