Grade 3 Occupational Therapist Team Leader Full-time or part-time fixed-term position until December 2025, based in Acute Complex Assessment & Planning Team $50.65 - $57.87 / hour depending on classification level, salary packaging, 5 weeks annual leave Higher qualifications allowance for applicable post-graduate qualifications Austin Health is the major provider of tertiary health services, health professional education and research across three campuses in the north-east of Melbourne and state-wide.

About the role This role will join our supportive and highly skilled Grade 3 group.
You'll shape the direction of clinical and non-clinical care in OT through a dedication to:

Professional growth: The Grade 3s will lead quality and service improvement activities and champion research to ensure we meet the needs of our patients and our colleagues. About you Extensive clinical experience in assessment, treatment and goal setting of highly complex client groups. Leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and inspire others. Highly developed teaching and supervision skills with a commitment to growing the skills of your team. A collaborative spirit and an ability to build networks and strong relationships with peers and leaders. Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
