What's required? Degree in Occupational Therapy and current registration as an Occupational Therapist with AHPRA. Eligibility for membership with Occupational Therapy Australia Limited. Demonstrated experience providing Occupational Therapy services in a health care setting (Acute Hospital, Rehabilitation, and Community). Demonstrated experience in managing complex caseloads with specialist clinical knowledge and skills. Experience in providing clinical leadership and supervision of students and staff within designated area. Developing skills in research and established skills in the review of literature. An effective interdisciplinary leader and team member of relevant teams. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including the capacity to negotiate effectively Excellent organisational and time management skills, ability to work within tight timelines and adaptability to change Understanding of the Colac Area Health business environment, the structural and financial arrangements, KPI's and relationships between these factors and service delivery. A commitment to continuing professional development Current Victorian Driver's Licence and Police Check Permanent full time position available, however other options will be considered.
