In partnership with the NDIS, you will provide tailored support to individuals aged 12 to 64 with psychosocial disabilities and co-occurring conditions like autism spectrum disorder and intellectual disability. Your role will involve assessing and delivering individualized interventions primarily through outreach, including home and community visits in the Local Government Areas of Casey, Cardinia, and Dandenong.
