Position Title: Occupational Therapist Grade 2 - HARP/Renal Classification: VF6-VF9 Salary per hour (exc. super): $44.77 - $51.46 Hours per fortnight: 56 Employment Status: Fixed Term Part Time (October 2024 - July 2025)

The hours of this role are split between HARP (48hr/fn) and Renal (8hr/fn).
Responsibilities:
The purpose of this HARP Grade 2 Occupational Therapy position is to:
Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to patients within the designated caseload in the HARP program at Bendigo Health.
Assist in the facilitation of safe and timely discharge from a public hospital including acute, subacute and the emergency department.
Provide rapid response community-based services, to assist individuals to recuperate after hospitalisation.
The purpose of this Renal Grade 2 Occupational Therapist (OT) is to:
Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to an allocation of patients within the Home Dialysis Unit at Bendigo Health.
Work collaboratively with the HDU nursing & medical teams in assessment & evaluation of care provision strategies to optimise the success & safety of patients dialysing in their homes.
