We are searching for experienced Grade 1 Occupational Therapists who are driven towards personal development, delivering excellent patient care and have enthusiasm for working in a dynamic and fast-paced public health setting.

As a Grade 1 clinician, a regular day will see you:
Deliver evidence-based clinical care: Under the guidance of your team, you will provide holistic care to patients including person-centred assessments, intervention and complex discharge planning.Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team: Refine your communication and team-working skills to promote positive patient outcomes.Participate in quality supervision and training: Formal and point-of-care supervision, teaching and training will routinely be offered to you by your team.Contribute to a positive workplace culture where staff enjoy shared breaks and engaging in social and wellbeing initiatives.Contribute to continuous improvement: Learn about research and quality improvement in your service area, under the guidance of a leadership team that pushes boundaries to deliver exceptional patient care.Our five diverse streams - Outpatients, Acute, Aged Care, Rehabilitation, and Better@Home – offer endless opportunities to refine your skills and expand your horizons. We offer a multitude of rotations across services including specialty areas such as palliative care, general medicine, acute stroke unit as well as our state-wide spinal rehabilitation and acquired brain injury unit.
