YesAbility is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our expanding team in our Osborne Park office. We provide a supportive environment centered on comprehensive, evidence-based care. Our organization offers flexible work arrangements, including full-time or part-time positions tailored to suit qualified candidates. We provide full clinical support, monthly in-service training, on-the-job training, and a generous CPD allowance.
About YesAbilityYesAbility specializes in delivering Expert Therapy Services directly to the community, schools, and various other departments. Our services encompass Positive Behaviour Support, Occupational Therapy, Early Intervention Psychology, Counselling, and Sexology Counselling.
Occupational Therapists within our team help individuals overcome limitations stemming from injury, illness, psychological or emotional challenges, developmental delays, or aging-related effects. They empower individuals to transition from dependence to independence while enhancing productivity, well-being, and overall quality of life.
Qualifications/RequirementsBachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy) or Bachelor/Master of Occupational TherapyKnowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures impacting the delivery of services to people with a disability.Current Worker ScreeningNew Worker – NDIS Induction Module2+ years experience in a similar role (preferably with NDIS participants)Experience writing assessments and reports to monitor participant progressDemonstrated ability to manage a caseload efficiently and effectively.Experience delivering therapy services to children, young people, and adults is desired.Home modification experience desired but not necessaryComply with legal and certification requirements at all timesBenefitsCompetitive salary and bonus schemesMobile phone and laptopCareer progression and professional developmentFlexible working conditions, temporary work from home on arrangementNovated vehicle lease optionLocationPerth, WA
