About your new role Due to our expanding Riverina Teams we have a couple of newly created roles available for Experienced Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists or Exercise Physiologists! Within your new role as a Rehabilitation Consultant you will be inducted through an extensive training induction based at our head office in Sydney. We offer ongoing support from your team leader and buddy system to set you up for success.
You will build up to managing your own portfolio of clients with their return to work plan by:
Managing a portfolio of return-to-work filesCompleting one-off assessments and making recommendationsAttending medical appointments and communicating complex medical information back to insurer customersInitial assessments, workplace assessments, ADL assessmentsWriting insurance reportsCommunicating with injured worker, employer, Doctor and other medical professionals to ensure appropriate interventionFacilitating a safe and timely graduated return to work planDocumenting case notes as part of reporting and compliance requirementsAbout You Tertiary qualified in Occupational Therapy or Exercise Physiology or PhysiotherapyFull registration with AHPRA/ESSACar and valid Driver's licensePolice check or willingness to obtain a police check prior to commencementExceptional attention to detail and organisational skillsAbility to work autonomously and within a team environmentCustomer service driven with "can do attitude"Pinnacle Rehab is an equal opportunity employer who encourages applications from suitably qualified candidates from all cultures, ages, religions and genders.
