Occupational Therapist (CTP or Workers Compensation)We have a unique opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to join our specialised CTP or Workers Compensation Consultant team. Working exclusively in our NSW CTP or Workers Compensation portfolios, this role will involve supporting claimants to return to work, function, and life with all of our CTP Insurer partners in NSW.Day to day you can expect to:Manage a portfolio of clients who have sustained an injury in a motor vehicle accident in NSW. Commencing with our CTP or with our Workers Compensation specific assessments including predominantly Activities of Daily Living Assessments and Initial Needs Assessments for Return to Work and Return to Independence.Have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients with varying complexity and injury types to provide client centred / goal-based recovery recommendations.Work closely with Insurer IMAs, Treatment Providers, Employers and other key stakeholders to support best practice rehabilitation and establish a reputation for efficient and effective service delivery.Build and manage relationships with local NSW CTP Insurers including opportunities for short-term in-house secondments.We are flexible with working hours, and we have scope for a full time or part time role based at any of our Sydney offices including Parramatta, Penrith, Alexandria or Macquarie Park.
