The organisation has recently secured a contract with the public health system for one of their community health funded programs. This is a non-NDIS program with reports being no longer than 4 pages in length.
The PositionAs an Occupational Therapist, you will evaluate clients' functional capacity, home environment, and support needs. This will include Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and Instrumental ADL assessments, focusing on tasks such as showering, dressing, mobility, and community access. You will also identify the need for Assistive Technologies, evaluate barriers to independence, and provide tailored recommendations to enhance safety and quality of life. The reports include clinical observations, client-reported challenges, and actionable recommendations to maximise independence and autonomy.
