Position Details Non NDIS Community health funded Up to $245 per report ADL reports Assistive technology Hybrid working options The Organisation 4 Healthcare Recruitment is proud to partner with a community provider dedicated to enriching the lives of its clients. The organisation has recently secured a contract with the public health system for one of their community health funded programs. This is a non-NDIS program with reports being no longer than 4 pages in length.
The Position As an Occupational Therapist, you will evaluate clients' functional capacity, home environment, and support needs. This will include Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and Instrumental ADL assessments, focusing on tasks such as showering, dressing, mobility, and community access. You will also identify the need for Assistive Technologies, evaluate barriers to independence, and provide tailored recommendations to enhance safety and quality of life. The reports include clinical observations, client-reported challenges, and actionable recommendations to maximise independence and autonomy.
What Will You Bring? Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy AHPRA registration Minimum 1 year of experience in Australia A caring, confident, and professional manner, including strong correspondence and record-keeping skills Excellent communication and report-writing skills Strong commitment to growing your clinical skills and knowledge Strong organisational skills How to Apply Please send your resume to Marco at , and we will be in touch.
