About the role… We are growing our team and looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our LifeWorks service based from beautiful Cairns. This role is part of a multidisciplinary team that supports people to achieve social and economic participation in their community. Key responsibilities include:Collaborating with a range of stakeholders within a therapeutic support framework.Tailoring services that are individualised & strength based.Developing, implementing and reviewing therapy needs, intervention plans and strategies with clients, family, carers, and their service providers.Conducting and completing reports as required.About you... You are a passionate Occupational Therapist looking to make a positive impact in the community. Essential criteria:Degree qualified and registered as an Occupational Therapist with AHPRA.Experienced working with a variety of disabilities, including those that require complex supports.Knowledgeable and experienced in the development and implementation of occupational therapy assessment and intervention strategies in a disability context.Able to work both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team environment. As our Occupational Therapist, your role is key to delivering the very best therapy services.
