We are seeking passionate Graduate Occupational Therapists to join our industry-leading, structured Graduate Program and bring our values to life. You will be supported across all steps of your journey to develop and strengthen your clinical expertise across the NDIS and the community.

As a New Graduate Occupational Therapist at Better Rehab, your day could include:
Visiting NDIS participants, assessing their needs, designing therapy plans and advocating on their behalf Making a bigger difference to participants with a range of conditions, including neurological conditions, ASD, psychosocial and many more Helping participants from age 0 to 65, across home modifications (complex and simple), equipment prescription and assistive technology. Writing reports, adhering to NDIS requirements Liaising with support coordinators, local area coordinators and equipment providers Collaborating with your multidisciplinary team Taking advantage of exceptional personal development opportunities Celebrating your wins with participants, their families and your colleagues. About you You are passionate about making a difference! You have tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapywith a graduation date in 2022 or 2023 You have your own car and a valid driver's license You can provide evidence of relevant registrations and proof of COVID vaccinations Join Us:
