Two weeks of Graduate specific onboarding including a comprehensive introduction to community practice, the NDIS and life at Better Rehab.
A Supervisor to help you navigate all areas of working with Better Rehab, including your transition into full-time work within your new office. They will also provide clinical support within the NDIS and your caseload.
Shadowing opportunities.
A buddy from last year's graduate cohort to answer questions and provide guidance on the new grad role.
An iPhone and laptop as well as a designated therapy kit to ensure you are well equipped when working out in the community.
Relocation opportunities at our offices across VIC, NSW, WA, SA, QLD and the ACT.

About your new role

As a New Graduate Occupational Therapist at Better Rehab, your day could include:

Visiting NDIS participants, assessing their needs, designing therapy plans and advocating on their behalf.
Making a bigger difference to participants with a range of conditions, including neurological conditions, ASD, psychosocial and many more.
Helping participants from age 0 to 65, across home modifications (complex and simple), equipment prescription and assistive technology.
Writing reports, adhering to NDIS requirements.
Liaising with support coordinators, local area coordinators and equipment providers.
Collaborating with your multidisciplinary team.
Taking advantage of exceptional personal development opportunities.
Celebrating your wins with participants, their families and your colleagues.

About you


You are passionate about making a difference!
You have tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy with a graduation date in 2022 or 2023.
You embody Better Rehab's values.
You have your own car and a valid driver's license.
You can provide evidence of relevant registrations and proof of COVID vaccinations.
