Occupational Therapist | $125,000 Base | Brisbane Lead a team of 10+ delivering a range of OT services to life-span clients. Your team delivers services Face to face, In the Community, and Via Telehealth.
ROLE: Clinical Leadership to Brisbane OT team & remotely mentor NSW OTs delivering services to life-span clients @ Brisbane offices, in the Community, WFH or via Telehealth. Conduct file reviews, external and internal audits to ensure SLA compliance, implement measures to improve service delivery, develop new resources for your team in collaboration with C-suite & Clinical Leads to achieve company goals in service delivery, staff management, and client relations. Be a positive, iterative change-maker. Full-time or Part-time.
LOCATION: Brisbane | Well appointed offices.
