This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to work in a role within a supportive transdisciplinary environment.
The Role:
Provide intervention to participants living with various disabilities according to the needs of the business.
Ensure a high standard of clinical care congruent with the values of Access Foundation.
Develop plans and reports required for NDIS plans.
Work with people across all walks of life to provide a range of supports and services to NDIS participants, including:
Assistive technology (aids and equipment)
Home modifications
Assessment of personal support needs (personal care)
Housing assessments for participants requiring Specialist Disability Accommodation
Orientation and mobility training
The whole life of personal planning
The successful applicant will possess the following:
Full relevant registration
Excellent knowledge of evidence-based practice within the area of the relevant field.
Awareness of the principles of person-centred practice.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High levels of computer literacy
Working with Children Check
Sound Knowledge of the NDIS (Training provided)
NDIS Workers Orientation Module (Quality, Safety, & You)
NDIS Worker Screening check (will cover a police clearance)
Full Driving License
