Overview of the role Are you a compassionate and skilled Occupational Health Nurse with a passion for workplace health and safety? We're seeking an Occupational Health Nurse to join our dynamic team at the Health Centre in Port Pirie.
This is a residential role, based in Port Pirie, South Australia on a Monday to Friday roster. Relocation assistance will be provided to the successful candidate if required.
Your Impact: Conduct thorough and comprehensive medical assessments, specialising in pre-employment and periodic health checks.Lead in Blood Testing for employees in lead-exposed environments, ensuring compliance with strict regulations.Drive health surveillance programs to proactively manage and minimise occupational health risks.Innovate and elevate pre-employment and periodic medical processes continually.Foster strong partnerships with key stakeholders for a harmonious work environment.Optimise the efficiency of medical procedures for faster turnaround times.Essential: Enrolled Nurse (EN) or Registered Nurse (RN) with current NMBA registration.Desirable: CPR and first aid certification, Bachelor of Nursing or Diploma of Nursing.Excellent communication, confidentiality and expertise in meticulous medical recordkeeping.What does working for Nyrstar mean?
