About the Role Teys Australia has a full-time and permanent opportunity for an experienced Enrolled or Registered Nurse to join the Health Centre team based at our Rockhampton processing site in Queensland.
The successful candidate will effectively support and work with the operational team and be responsible for the rehabilitation of all its employees.
The position is in charge of assessing and facilitating effective return-to-work processes for employees during the night shift, from 2:00pm to 10:41pm.
Working within industry guidelines, and the company's best practices to ensure seamless rehabilitation, you will manage the health centre staff, whilst creating and promoting services available, and assist in first aid routine, emergency, and non-urgent medical treatment to all employees.
You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise, build rapport and coordinate with stakeholders.
You will oversee the cost of the Health Centre, ensure compliance is met, and monitor general day-to-day operations.
