The HSEQ Advisor plays a critical role in promoting and maintaining a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace within the organisation.
This position involves providing expertise, guidance, and support in areas related to health, safety, environment, and quality management, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices. The HSEQ Advisor collaborates with stakeholders at all levels to develop and implement strategies, programs, and initiatives that promote a culture of safety, environmental stewardship, and continuous improvement.

Assist HSEQ Manager with incident and injury investigation and reporting process and follow-up on findings and corrective actions. Assist with injury management and return-to-work process. Assist with audits conducted by external providers to Maintain the business' ISO Accreditation Drafting and updating HSE documentation with guidance from Senior HSEQ Advisor Providing accurate and quality HSE reporting as per client and company requirements. Communicating HSEQ updates via toolbox & pre-start meetings & safety alerts. Conducting site risk assessments and task observations Ensuring compliance to relevant HSEQ laws, regulations, company policies and guidelines Attend sites as required to provide support to the project team in implementing and monitoring of the businesses HSE System? Qualification & ExperienceTertiary qualification in relevant field (OHS, WHS, Quality/) Minimum of 2 years' experience in a HSEQ related role in civil construction industry On-Site Environmental Management Demonstrate an Advanced level of knowledge of Microsoft Office Drivers Licence About Company FSC is an Australian civil construction business specialising in infrastructure works.
