Part Time - 16 hours per week minimumThe Occupational Health Team works with all levels of the organization, including contract company management, employees, and outside agencies, such as health care professionals.The main aim of occupational health is to prevent, rather than cure, ill health from wherever it arises in the workplace.Key Responsibilities:Perform health assessments, fitness to work assessments, and health surveillance.Identify and report any deviations from normal standards to a Senior Occupational Health Adviser.Organize and coordinate health surveillance appointments and maintain the database, liaising with relevant stakeholders on site.Manage and organize personal workflow (time management) and work on own initiative to meet the OH service and business requirements.Undertake regular reviews with the Senior OHA to ensure that quality assurance standards are met.Ensure that they remain vocationally up to date.Provide accurate written, electronic, and verbal reports while observing confidentiality at all times.Recognize the two-way partnership between work and health.Carry out health assessments accurately and efficiently.
