Occupational Health Advisor

Part Time - 16 hours per week minimum The Occupational Health Team collaborates with all levels of the organization, including contract company management, employees, and outside agencies such as healthcare professionals.
The main aim of occupational health is to prevent, rather than cure, ill health from wherever it arises in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities: Perform health assessments, fitness to work assessments, and health surveillance.
Identify and report any deviations from normal standards to a Senior Occupational Health Adviser.
Organize and coordinate health surveillance appointments and maintain the database, liaising with relevant stakeholders on site.
Manage and organize personal workflow (time management) and work on own initiative to meet the OH service and business requirements.
Undertake regular reviews with the Senior OHA to ensure that quality assurance standards are met and remain vocationally up to date.
Provide accurate written, electronic, and verbal reports while observing confidentiality at all times.
Recognize the two-way partnership between work and health.
Carry out health assessments accurately and efficiently.
