Occupational and Environmental Physician This is a part-time opportunity for an experienced Occupational and Environmental Physician to join our workplace response team.
As an Occupational and Environmental Physician, you will play a crucial role in providing expert medical advice and services to organisations, with a focus on promoting the health, safety and wellbeing of employees.

What you'll be doing
Conducting comprehensive medical assessments and examinations to evaluate the health and fitness of employees Advising on workplace health and safety policies, procedures and programs to minimise occupational health risks Investigating and managing workplace injuries and illnesses, and developing return-to-work strategies Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including HR, safety, and operations, to implement effective occupational health solutions Providing expert testimony and medical reports for regulatory and legal purposes Staying up-to-date with the latest industry regulations, guidelines and best practices What we're looking for
Registration as an Occupational and Environmental Physician with the relevant medical authorities Experience (3+ years) in occupational medicine, preferably within a diverse range of industries Strong clinical skills, with a deep understanding of workplace health and safety regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a solutions-oriented approach Strong ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality What we offer
