Position Requirements: Medical Qualifications: FRANZCOG Specialist registration with AHPRA Clinical Skills: Proficient in a range of O&G procedures, including high-risk obstetrics, emergency C-sections, and gynecological surgeries.
Team Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, contributing to a supportive and inclusive culture.
Leadership & Teaching: Experience in supervising and mentoring junior doctors and medical students.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with patients, families, and colleagues; ability to communicate complex information clearly and compassionately.
