Total Salary Range: $265,067.13 to $327,102 (pro rata for part-time positions) excluding Attraction and Retention Incentive
Base Salary: $188,151 to $232,185 (pro rata for part-time). The starting salary will be negotiated based on the candidate's experience and expertise.
Additional Allowances: Includes a Private Practice Scheme Allowance and an on-call allowance (17.4% of base salary plus Private Practice Allowance).
Superannuation: 11.5% of the base salary.

About the role: The Staff Specialist is an experienced medical professional with specialty qualifications in obstetrics and gynaecology. This position will provide Obstetrics and Gynaecology services within the Women and Children Division to patients of North Canberra Hospital (NCH), guided by current evidence-based practice and patient care outcomes. They have a critical role in supporting education and training for junior medical staff, nurses, and midwives within the division.
