Are you a dedicated and compassionate obstetrician/gynaecologist looking for a new opportunity? Do you dream of working in a stunning location with a supportive community? We have a wonderful work and lifestyle opportunity in Hobart, Tasmania.
Eternal Women's Health (est 2018) is a thriving multi-disciplinary O&G practice in the heart of Hobart. We currently have three full time Obstetrician/Gynaecologists and two part-time Gynaecologists with ample demand for more. We are seeking expressions of interest for Obstetrician(s)/Gynaecologist(s), Fertility Specialist(s) and Gynaecological Oncologist(s).
We have flexible hours and supportive, experienced administration staff to help our lives run smoothly. We currently book >30 obstetric patients per month and have a well-established referral base of gynaecology patients, with regular operating lists at all local private hospitals. Each specialist has a beautifully appointed consulting room including ultrasound machine, with access to two well-equipped procedure rooms including colposcope and nurse assistant as required. We work to a full obstetric on-call roster, allowing enhanced self-care and safety.
In addition to our O&Gs specialists we have: 3 midwives and 1 practice nurse (1.2 FTE) 2 women's health physiotherapists 4 psychologists Baby & child first aid educator and baby massage practitioner/educator Within the Hobart network we have collaborative relationships with our fertility, surgical and medical colleagues and are co-located with Hobart Specialist Day Hospital and TasIVF. Our doctors have admitting rights at both Hobart Private Hospital and Calvary Hospital (private) and the Royal Hobart Hospital (tertiary referral centre).
