JHC is looking to employ Registrars with a salary range of $139,932 – $214,046 p.a pro rata (including base salary, 11.5% superannuation and professional development allowance).
High overnight penalties are paid, and casual contracts are available to suitable candidates. In this role, you will join a team in one of the fastest growing areas in Australia. You will work with an established team of Consultant Obstetricians & Gynaecologists, ITP trainees, SMO, CMO, and RMO to provide in-hours care and on-call services for a diverse range of obstetric and gynaecological patients with over 2000 public births per annum.
Our recently upgraded facility includes: On-site level 2b Special Care Nursery 24-hour Paediatric service 24-hour Anaesthetic service 24-hour intensivist-led HDU/ICU service 12 new operating theatre suites. Essential Criteria Minimum 2 years' experience in Obstetrics & Gynaecology as an O&G registrar Registered as a medical practitioner with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulatory Authority (Medical Board) Ability to perform caesarean sections and instrumental deliveries. Must have demonstrated clinical and procedural experience as a registered medical practitioner for a minimum of 6 months in a hospital setting in Australia or overseas at an equivalent skill level.
