Nyblad Construction, a family-owned renovation builder based in Caloundra West, is seeking a motivated Sales Estimator. We specialise in kitchens, bathrooms, and home/unit renovations on the Sunshine Coast, delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.
About the Role
You'll work alongside our Estimator and admin team, managing client inquiries, conducting site visits, developing scopes of work, and preparing quotes. Your role includes fostering client relationships, ensuring timely quote submissions, and strategising with our Marketing Manager to grow our client base.
What You'll Do Handle and qualify initial sales inquiries Conduct site visits to understand project needs Collaborate on detailed project scopes and quotes Submit, follow up, and amend quotes as needed Support sales strategies and achieve performance targets What We're Looking For 2+ years of sales/estimating experience (trade/renovation background preferred) Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to assess project requirements accurately Proficiency in CRM and estimating tools and MS Office suite What We Offer Career growth and professional development A supportive, dynamic work environment Join us in delivering 80+ standout renovations annually and creating exceptional client experiences across the Sunshine Coast.
