Through the NVC New Graduate Aged Care Registered Nurses Program, graduate Registered Nurses will develop their skills in assessment, critical thinking, analysis, decision making and leadership.
This program runs for one year, with the option of training for a second year. It will outline the broad variety of career pathways and specialisations available to nurses in aged care.
