We are looking for (NV2/TSPV) a Data Integration/Analytics Engineer SFIA level 3 - 5 to join a dynamic team and unlock the value of data through effective management, transformation, and operationalization.
In this role, you will develop and maintain data pipelines and use enterprise data platforms like Palantir to meet the analytics needs of end users.
Working within a collaborative environment, you will ensure the alignment of data integration activities with industry standards and organizational goals.
This role is based in Canberra and requires an NV2 or TSPV security clearance.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the review and maintenance of data models and requirements.
Set and enforce standards for data modeling, database architectures, and data warehouses.
Develop data pipelines to integrate data across systems and platforms.
Provide expert guidance on data analysis and data structure optimization.
Key Criteria: Minimum of 5 years of data integration/analytics engineering experience.
Proven experience in using enterprise data pipeline platforms such as MS-SSIS, Informatica, Apache Kafka and NiFi to manage corporate data assets.
Proven experience using enterprise data platforms such as Oracle, MS SQL Server, Apache Spark and ElasticSearch to support analytic use cases.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, Java, and enterprise data pipeline platforms.
Strong knowledge of data structures, ETL processes, and systems integration.
Must hold an NV2 or TSPV security clearance.
Location: Canberra.
Contract Duration: 12 months with 2 x 12-month extension options.
Security Clearance: Due to the nature of this environment, candidates are required to have a minimum AGSVA NV2 clearance, with a preference for TSPV clearance to perform this role.
