In this dynamic role, you'll work closely with Dietitians and a supportive, multidisciplinary team to provide essential nutrition care across diverse clinical settings.
If you're passionate about nutrition and eager to contribute to improving patient outcomes, this is an exciting opportunity to grow your skills and make a real difference!What Your Day Will Look Like….In this role, you'll contribute to the delivery of high-quality nutrition care by assisting Dietitians with both clinical and non-clinical tasks.
You'll perform nutrition assessments and interventions, utilising decision support tools, clinical guidelines, and pathways, all while working in dynamic inpatient and outpatient settings.
Throughout the day, you'll collaborate with Dietitians, nursing staff, and food services to ensure that patients receive the nutrition support they need.
You'll be involved in client record-keeping, food service reporting, and helping to monitor and improve the standards of nutrition care.
Additionally, your role includes mentoring less experienced staff and participating in team activities focused on continuous learning and service improvement.
