Your Impact: Reporting to the Group Head of Nutrition and based at McMahons Point, NSW or Southbank, VIC, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation of the Australia and New Zealand careline service from call initiation to closure. You will manage general enquiries and complaints received via phone, email, website, and social media channels. You will also support the implementation of the global nutrition strategy, including substantiating claims, providing nutrition comparisons and reviews, and developing ingredient and nutrition standard policies.
More specifically, you will:
