We are currently recruiting for a Claims Service Specialist to join our insurance team on a full-time permanent basis. In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop within a high-performing and collaborative team.
A typical day may look like: End to end management of basic to intermediate claims. Providing updates to clients via phone and email in a clear and professional manner. Settlement of claims. Assisting Claims Manager and the team with more complex claims by loading and lodging them into the portal. Following up with insurers in relation to claim progress and updates. Providing an exceptional level of customer care. What we'll love about you: This role will suit someone who is a strong administrator who prides themselves in providing exceptional customer service ideally gained within the insurance industry. In addition, you will have/be:
Enthusiastic with a strong customer service focus. Previous experience in insurance/broking industry. Demonstrated time management, multi-tasking & prioritizing skills. Strong written and verbal communications. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills. Ideally some administration experience. You are a team player and enjoy working in a team environment.
