What will you do? We have an exciting opportunity for a Nurture Sales Manager to drive the growth of our Nurture Sales team.
This role involves overseeing the Sales process from lead generation and qualification to ensuring residents under contract are supported and nurtured through to move in.
Key responsibilities include: Inspire, coach, and mentor the Nurture Sales team to generate strong qualified leads, drive settlements, achieve occupancy, maximize value per sale and ensure revenue growth.Ensure the qualification process eventuates to strong leads being passed to the Sales team.Work alongside our Marketing team to assess campaign effectiveness and implement improvements.Oversee and monitor data quality in Salesforce and other systems to ensure prospect information is accurate and complete.Motivate a strong, high-performing team in order to meet our goal of delivering the world's best retirement experience for all stakeholders.What's in it for you?
