As the Nursing Workforce Manager – Illawarra Hospital Group (IHG), you will be responsible for providing a centralised, customer-focused workforce management service for nursing and midwifery across IHG. In this role, you are responsible for the strategy, planning, recruitment, and allocation of nursing and midwifery staff in line with the agreed budgeted nursing and midwifery profile. You will also look after the day-to-day management and oversight of the nursing and midwifery establishment, working in partnership with the Director of Nursing and Midwifery and the Nursing Executive Team to do so.
