and regional NSW.

They are
currently seeking multiple (7-10) experienced Nursing Support Worker/ Assistant
in Nursing to join their team on Full Time basis in Sydney and around.
Position Overview:

As a Nursing Support Worker/ Assistant in Nursing,
you will provide essential support to HHCC nursing staff and patients, ensuring
a high standard of care.
This role is perfect for a compassionate individual
with valid certification and experience who is eager to make a difference in
the lives of others.
Key Responsibilities:


Assist
registered nurses and healthcare staff in delivering direct patient care.
Support
patients with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
Follow
therapy and care plans, including interventions for patients.
Monitor
and report changes in patients' health conditions and ensure all concerns,
including complaints related to care, are promptly communicated to nursing
staff.
Assist
with rehabilitation exercises, basic medical treatments, and ensure timely
delivery of medications under supervision.
Help
patients with mobility and transport within the facility.
Maintain
a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all patients.
Comply
with infection control practices and health and safety protocols.
Must Have:

Certificate III or higher qualification in
related field.
·
Atleast 2 year of experience in a similar field,
preferably in aged care, hospital, or healthcare settings.
Skills Required:


Strong
understanding of patient care practices and protocols.
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate,
empathetic, and patient-focused approach.
Ability
to work effectively in a team and independently.
Flexibility
to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays, if
required.
Successful candidate will be on an annual salary of $70,000
to $80,000 Plus Superannuation.
