Position Highlights: Start Date: Ideally as soon as possibleLocation: Gold CoastPay: Up to $66.22 or, $69.23 or, $70.96 depending on experienceEmployment Type: Permanent, full-timeThe Role: Providing operational direction for the Cardiac Cath Lab to ensure efficient and effective managementWill work non-clinical roughly 70-80% but still need to keep clinical skills relevantCoordinate the delivery of safe, efficient and effective evidenced-based nursing careProvide leadership, guidance, mentoring and support to your nursing teamBe accountable for the effective management of human, financial and material resourcesHave a working knowledge of flexible rosters, budgets and key performance indicatorsFacilitate a learning culture to ensure continuous improvementMaintain professional and constructive working relationships with our VMO partners, using a customer service mindset, to enable high quality patient outcomes.Ensuring the delivery of excellent patient and family centred care in a team-focused environmentCoordinate and drive clinical audits and quality improvement initiativesUndertaking direct patient care, as requiredAbout You: Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registrationProven experience in a management role, or equivalent senior theatre management experienceStrong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor staffKnowledge in one or more specialties such as cardiac, ortho, or neuro is beneficialExcellent communication and organisational skillsFull working rights in AustraliaReady to take the next step in your nursing leadership career?
