Permanent full-time, part-time, and casual positions available $40.15-$50.68 + Salaray Packaging About the Role Provide clinical patient care activities in alignment with your educational preparation and level of competence.
Ensure that the standard of patient care is maintained according to the policies and objectives of Grampians Health.
7-day, 24-hour rotating roster, including day, afternoon, and night shifts.
Encourage patients, carers and families to participate in all stages of care Key Responsibilities Deliver individualised nursing care as part of a multidisciplinary team Promote evidence-based practice that has a problem-solving approach and is competency based Effectively liaise with and provide information to relevant medical, nursing and allied health team members regarding patient care issues Ensure person centred care is provided according to individual patient assessment and needs Skills & Experience Essential: Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration Sound clinical decision making and problem-solving skills Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and independently Commitment to continuous quality improvement and patient centred care Desirable: Clinical skills relevant to area Post Graduate / Certificate qualifications To view a full copy of the Position Description please click here.

This position is paid in accordance with the Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2024 - 2028.
The classification is Registered Nurse Grade 2 (YP2 - YP9) which ranges from $40.15 - $50.68 per hour.
