What your day will look like....
As the Nursing Director – Clinical Planning and Commissioning Manager, your day will involve overseeing the strategic planning and operational readiness for the New Toowoomba Hospital.
You'll lead cross-disciplinary teams, ensuring that clinical services are aligned with professional standards and healthcare policies.
A significant part of your role will be guiding project teams through complex change management processes, identifying risks, and implementing innovative solutions.
You'll consult with internal and external stakeholders to develop contemporary models of care and ensure the hospital's systems, policies, and procedures are ready for safe, effective service delivery.
Your leadership will foster a culture of continuous improvement, where education, research, and collaboration drive high-quality healthcare outcomes.
Through mentorship and guidance, you'll support the development of the next generation of healthcare leaders while staying true to Darling Downs Health's values of compassion, respect, and excellence.
