Nursing Assistant / Personal Care Worker Bushland Health Group Limited is a long standing, community based, not for profit provider of residential aged care in the Manning Valley, on the mid north coast of NSW.
We are the largest provider in the area and deliver best practice aged care to 271 residents at 3 facilities.
About the Role - What will you do?
Provide appropriate clinical care to residents in accordance with their needs assessment and nursing care plan.
Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as showering, dressing, or other personally oriented tasks to facilitate a good quality of life for the residents.
Ensure residents have the opportunity to make informed choices and decisions regarding their care and the services they receive.
Accurately document residents' current condition and care needs.
Maintain a clean and comfortable environment in the home.
Skills and Experience - What do you need?
Essential skills: COVID-19 Digital Certificate.
Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support, or similar.
A genuine respect for the aged.
Excellent presentation, interpersonal skills, and friendly demeanor.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a busy team environment.
Reliable.
Flexible and proactive in your approach to work and dedication in providing exceptional care.
Salary and conditions are in accordance with the Bushland Health Group Limited, NSWNA, and HSU NSW Enterprise Agreement 2023.
