About the roleWe're on the lookout for a dynamic individual with exceptional customer service skills to join our team at the Darwin Donor Centre.

You'll be there for our donors every step of the way, making sure they have a great experience.
ResponsibilitiesGreet and interview potential donors to understand their eligibility and suitability to donateComplete routine blood pressure and haemoglobin testsSet up machines, various tubing and collection bagsInsert and remove needles safely to collect whole blood and plasmaMonitor donors post-donation and assist them to rebook for their next donationHelp create an awesome donor experience that keeps them coming back for more!No prior experience in blood collection is needed; our paid and flexible self-paced training program has a balance between on-the-job practice and online class schedules to ensure that you are well supported.
