About the role Deliver high quality, responsive and individualised care as a casual Registered Nurse , to help our residents live meaningful lives with a team that cares.
This vacancy is for 68 hours per fortnight.
As an RN you'll plan, organise and implement care in accordance with individual resident care plans and deliver and promote high standards of professional care.
An experienced leader, you will provide clinical leadership, support and guidance to our care staff.
We offer a competitive salary based on your previous hours worked ranging from $42.85-$53.74 + super + applicable penalties + salary packaging Skills and experience Current AHPRA Registration Have experience in a clinical leadership role Excellent written & verbal communication skills Demonstrated time management & organisational skills with the ability to meet objectives/timelines Exceptional communication skills and ability to respond effectively in emergency situations You are flexible with your working roster Demonstrate an understanding and appreciation of BaptistCare's Christian identity and promote the organisation's values through interactions at work About BaptistCare George Forbes House George Forbes House is located in the city of Queanbeyan, boasting sweeping views of the surrounding countryside and is nearby to Canberra.
