About the Role:
As a Nursery Team Member, you'll work closely with our beautiful range of tropical plants, providing care, maintenance, and upkeep around the nursery. You'll also engage with customers, helping them find the perfect plants and providing friendly, knowledgeable service. This is an outdoor role that requires a level of physical fitness and a willingness to work in various weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities: General plant care, including watering, pruning, and maintenance Assisting customers, offering advice, and ensuring a positive experience Supporting sales efforts, helping customers find plants that meet their needs Maintaining nursery appearance and stock organisation Qualifications and Requirements: Own transport and a valid driver's licence (essential) Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor work Strong customer service skills and an interest in plant sales Passionate about plants, with a willingness to learn Previous experience in customer service or sales is highly valued; nursery or horticulture experience is a bonus What We Offer: Full-time, permanent roles with bonus incentives Both entry-level and experienced positions available Immediate start A welcoming, hands-on team environment with growth opportunities in the nursery industry Apply Now:
