Nursery Room Leader | 0-2 yr olds | Castle HillWe are looking for a passionate and inspiring Room Leader to lead our 0-2 year olds in our 109 place service in Castle Hill.
The successful candidate will have the ability to develop a strong bond with each family and with other Educators. You will have an evident passion for providing a warm and creative learning environment for our children and making our service the first choice for families in the community.

Qualifications & experience: Diploma in Early Childhood Education & CarePrevious experience working with children from 0-6 years oldStrong understanding of the Children's Services Regulations, Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), and National Quality Standards (NQS)Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skillsApproachable and well respectedA few key responsibilities of the role include: Developing open communication channels with staff, children, and families of the centre.Complying with the centre's policies and procedures along with licensing, legislation, and regulations.Assisting children with their daily routines and supporting them in their learning.Working in partnership with a team of Educators who provide high-quality early childhood education and care.The hours of operation are 7am-6.30pm Monday to Friday. These are permanent full-time positions where you will be working 38 hours per week to commence immediately. What's in it for you?
